Mark is a criminal defence lawyer at Pace Law Firm with trial experience who has appeared on matters before both the Ontario and Superior Court of justice relating to criminal code (CC) and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) offences. He was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2020. Mark is a rostered member of Legal Aid Ontario, a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

He also has experience providing services to foreign nationals or permanent residents who have been detained by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for immigration reasons that appear before the Immigration Division (ID) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) concerning detention hearings and detention reviews.
