As a licensed paralegal, Esmond takes on more than 50 to 80 files independently. Esmond prepares materials for case conferences, motion hearings and in-Person hearings, as well as preparing his clients for case conferences by informing them of what they can expect. Esmond proactively conducts regular file reviews to track limitation dates, requests, denials and all other deadlines. Esmond is very punctual and works meticulously to ensure his clients’ needs are met effectively and on-time. He is in direct contact with clients around the clock throughout the duration of their claim process (from the beginning until the very end) with updates at least every 3 months updating them on their claim. Esmond’s drive and passion for his job makes him a valuable asset to the firm.
