Dom Gullo is a real estate lawyer with hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate development. His background spans legal work, brokerage, and advisory, giving him a practical understanding of how transactions move from land acquisition through to project execution.

He works with developers, investors, and commercial clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, and development-related agreements. His experience includes due diligence on land titles, zoning, and regulatory requirements, along with advising on municipal approvals and permitting processes. His approach is grounded in real-world deal experience across the Greater Toronto Area.

Dom’s background as both a broker and consultant adds a strong commercial perspective to his legal work. He has facilitated complex property transactions and supported strategic planning across residential and commercial developments.

He also contributes to the industry through teaching and mentorship, delivering workshops on land use, zoning, and project structuring.

Dom holds a law degree from the University of Leicester and an Honours Bachelor in Law & Society from York University. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is also licensed as a real estate broker.
